Parents of Gender Creative Kids – NL is a peer support group for parents of gender-creative, gender-questioning, and transgender children and youth in St. John’s, NL.
We meet monthly to share the worries and joys of raising a rainbow child in a pink and blue world! Our meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm in the Janeway Resource Centre, in the Janeway Hostel.
We are also connected to the Trans Youth Group, a peer support group for trans and gender-questioning youth between 10 and 18 years of age. This group is facilitated by a sexologist and a trans educator.
Parents and youth outside the St. John’s area can also join our meetings, via Skype or teleconference.
